How to measure

String or paper strip

  1. Cut a thin strip of paper or a piece of string.
  2. Wrap it snugly around the base of the finger you'll wear the ring on.
  3. Mark where the end overlaps, then lay it flat against a ruler.
  4. Enter that number above in circumference mode, with the toggle set to match your ruler.

An existing ring

  1. Pick a ring that already fits the intended finger well.
  2. Lay it flat and measure straight across the inside edge to edge.
  3. That's the inner diameter.
  4. Enter that number above in diameter mode, with the toggle set to match your ruler.

Sizing tips

  • Measure at the end of the day, when fingers are at their largest — avoid measuring when cold.
  • Millimetres give the most accurate result: ring sizes are only about 0.2mm apart in diameter, which is finer than most inch rulers can read.
  • Wider bands (6mm+) fit more snugly — consider sizing up half a size.
  • If you're between two sizes, we recommend sizing up.
  • Dominant hands are often slightly larger — measure the finger you'll actually wear the ring on.
