SHIPPING
Online orders are processed Monday through Friday AEST, excluding public holidays. Once your order is ready, we ship all parcels within Australia via an Express Shipping Service with signature on delivery, tracking and insurance.
All orders within Australia are complimentary when you spend over $150. For orders under $150, a flat fee of $10 express shipping fee will be automatically added at checkout.
Orders outside Australia are shipped via a reliable Courier Service (DHL or Fedex) complimentary with orders over $400 AUD. Orders under $400 AUD is charged at a Flat Rate of $10 AUD and should arrive within 7-10 business days for regional areas. This does not include taxes, customs or duties which may apply in the destination country and will be payable by you.
RETURNS
We offer extended 30 Day returns for any products purchased on AUTORE MODA's online store. Sale items cannot be returned for a refund unless it is deemed (reasonably and in good faith by us) as faulty or defective. Please note, for in store orders, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. You can exchange your item within 30 days of purchase for another item or a credit note.
