Shipping Orders Within Australia

All Orders within Australia are complimentary when you spend over $150 and are sent via an Express Shipping Service with signature on delivery, tracking and insurance.

For Orders under $150, a flat fee of $10 express shipping fee will be automatically added at checkout. 

Once your item has been dispatched we will notify you via email and provide a tracking number, your order should arrive within 3 business days for metro areas, please allow up to 7 days for regional areas. 

Same Day Delivery (Sydney Metro)

In partnership with Startrack, we offer same-day delivery for Sydney Metro customers.

  • Delivery costs for this service are at AUD$20 and are applied at checkout.
  • Place your order by 12pm AEST to enjoy same-day delivery. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched on the following business day from 10am onwards.

International Shipping

Orders outside Australia are shipped via a reliable Courier Service (DHL or Fedex) for Free for all orders.

Shipments should arrive within 7-10 business days for regional areas. Please note, that duties and taxes are respective to your order value and destination country. Please see full T&C's here.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY
If you change your mind for any reason within 30 days of receiving your online order, we offer refunds, exchanges or credit notes subject to the following conditions:

Refunds
Refunds for online orders are applicable to full price items only and will be returned to the original payment method. Please contact us with your order number at hello@autoremoda.com to initiate a return.

(Please note: We are unable to offer refunds on AUTORE Pearls Strands and Bracelets as these items are custom made and strung - as stated on their product pages).

Sale Item Returns
Sale items including items purchased with a promotional or discount code are only eligible for a return to credit note (this does not include our Welcome Codes for Subscribers). Contact our Customer Service Team on hello@autoremoda.com to organise a return for credit note. Archive sale purchases are FINAL sale. Please choose carefully before selecting. No refunds or exchanges on these items.

Exchanges
We offer 30 day exchanges on all products. During sale and promotional periods, we are only able to offer an exchange for credit note due to high sell through of stock. Contact our Customer Service Team on hello@autoremoda.com to organise an exchange. 

Return Costs
Return & exchange shipping is at the cost of the customer.

Online Purchase Returns Instore
While in-store returns are accepted, the refund process is not instant as returns are to be inspected and processed at AUTORE MODA Head Office. 

IN-STORE RETURN POLICY
For in-store orders, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

In-Store Exchanges
Store purchases can be returned instore within 14 days for a credit note or exchange only. Any store purchases sent back via post (for a return to credit note only) will need to be returned at the cost of the customer.

Please note: All return items will be inspected and quality assurance checked at our Head Office on return and it remains at the discretion of AUTORE MODA as to whether the item will be accepted for refund based on the conditions above. 

Damaged / Faulty Jewellery
If you believe your item has a fault, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@autoremoda.com with your order number and images of the fault. Our team will work to resolve this with priority. In case of receiving a faulty item, a refund can be given upon inspection of the item or the item. Manufacturing faults do not include: damage or wear and tear, oxidized or faded plating, broken chain, cracked or broken stones or bending of rings or earrings etc. In order to maintain your jewellery in perfect condition, we recommend following our care instructions found here.

Repairs / Replating
We offer 12 month guarantee for any manufacturing defects on our products. Products purchased by the customer on www.autoremoda.com can be returned for repair or servicing by contacting our customer service team. Other than in respect of a defect, repairs of a product may incur a fee. Repairs are subject to review of our in house repairs team.

As 18k Gold Vermeil and Sterling Silver will tarnish over time, if you would like to re-plate your jewellery, please send through an email to hello@autoremoda.com or drop your item to us at our Double Bay Store. We charge a standard price of AUD $100 for this service. Approximate turn around time is 7-10 business days.
