Caring for your jewellery
Most of our designs feature South Sea pearls — delicate, organic gems that deserve gentle care. To keep them shining, we recommend the following.
- Remove your jewellery before swimming, showering, or exercising.
- Gently wipe with a clean, damp cloth to remove oils, perspiration, or dirt.
- Store pieces safely, away from moisture and direct sunlight.
Our jewellery is crafted in Sterling Silver, 18k Gold Vermeil, and 9k Solid Gold — each requiring regular care to maintain its brilliance.
Pearl Care & Storage
No two pearls are ever the same — each one is unique, just like you. To preserve their natural glow:
- Store pearls separately to avoid scratches.
- Avoid long-term storage in packaging, as humidity can cause oxidisation.
- Keep them in a cool, dry place when not worn.
Things to Avoid
Pearls and plating are sensitive to chemicals, perfumes, hairsprays, and cosmetics. Always put your jewellery on last — a final touch before you head out the door. If contact occurs, simply wipe your piece down with a damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or materials that could scratch the surface.
Metal Care
Over time, Sterling Silver and 18k Gold Vermeil may naturally darken or fade with everyday wear.
